Terms and conditions of membership

Clay Club places are subject to availability and are booked on a first come first served basis.

Payment: Clay Club is booked in 6-week blocks at £150 per block, payable in advance by BACS or standing order. This secures your place and access to the studio during that period. Fees cover the block rather than individual sessions, so missed weeks cannot be carried over. This structure keeps things simple and ensures fairness for all members. If you know in advance that you’ll miss a significant portion of a block, you may join a later one instead. In occasional cases where space allows, we may offer limited opportunities to make up a missed session, but this isn’t guaranteed. 

Confidentiality: The details you have supplied will be for the sole use of Walnut Tree Art and will not be disclosed to any other persons or businesses.

Cancellation and refunds policy: If you would like to end your membership, please give at least 2 weeks’ notice before the next 6-week cycle becomes due. We cannot refund unused weeks. If Walnut Tree Art needs to cancel a session (e.g. for holidays and events), your six-week cycle will continue after the break. We will give you as much notice as possible.

Member conduct: Walnut Tree Art reserves the right to refuse to admit individuals to Clay Club. Members will be asked to attend a studio induction on their first session and sign up to a code of conduct to support a safe and welcoming space for all.
