Terms and conditions of booking

Workshops are subject to availability and are booked on a first come first served basis.

A place on your chosen workshop will be held for 7 days from receipt of your booking form, pending payment of deposit (£10).

Payment: Your place will be secured with a deposit of £10 paid by credit or debit card. Walnut Tree Art will send you a secure payment link by email and you will be sent an email receipt to confirm your booking. 

Confidentiality: The details you have supplied on your booking form will be for the sole use of Walnut Tree Art and will not be disclosed to any other persons or businesses.

Cancellation and refunds policy: Cancellations made at least 14 days before your first workshop date will receive a full refund. If you decide to cancel your booking within 14 days of the start of the workshop date, or do not show up on the day, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. In the unlikely event that Walnut Tree Art needs to cancel a workshop for any reason, you will be offered your choice of a full refund or an alternative date.

Student conduct: Walnut Tree Art reserves the right to refuse to admit individuals on to any workshop.
